befriending a network of members on a
regular basis all voices will be heard.

to a hundred people regarding cognitive
and neurological challenges by
conducting a public session with the
forMemory Speakers Bureau. Includes
showing the forMemory DVD, travel,
publicity aids and handout materials.
Sessions have been held for civic groups,
professional staff, students, business
groups, congregations, assisted living,
family members and the general public.

$500 Provides a scholarship for a youth
to attend the "Time for Us" camp held
each summer in WI. A fun five days of
camp while increasing knowledge with our
"Keepers of Memory" program. For youth
who are connected with someone with
dementia or neurologic challenges.

$750 Unleashes the creative healing
potential of concerned community
members linking with others to
transform our environment to be healthy
and safe for all. This includes participating
in conferences and other links encouraging
health and wellness, nutrition for youth, the
art of agriculture, and cultivating natural
habitats within our footprint.

$1,200 Opens minds, builds bridges,
and creates new understanding by
holding a Forum to exchange ideas on
increasing quality of life through
epigenetics, encouraging the voices of
those affected to be heard.

$7,500 Challenges and motivates
thousands through publishing and
distribution of forMemory's latest book,
"Traveling with Hope: Sharing our
Experiences in Health and Healing with
Memory Challenges".

with wellness research for one year
through support of marketing and an
analyst for the "forMemory Database"
Providing important clues from the
experiences and trials of those affected by a
dementia and their doctors.
